The following positions are needed for a Covington, GA location:

 Process Tech (2nd Shift - 2 - 11pm)
The perfect candidate needs to have at least five or more years of processing injection molding presses.
Experience in Automotive Tier 1 operations and/or robots is a plus.  
In-house presses range from 300 to 2200 ton.  
Knowledge of processing characteristics of different types of materials (i.e. ASA, ABS, TPE, PA6, Nylon, TPO), machine controls and set points are a must.   Experience in lean manufacturing, 5S, process troubleshooting, and root cause identification are key components of this position. Individuals interested should have good mechanical aptitude, be able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and have general knowledge of hand tools.  
Experience with hot runner systems is a plus. Must be willing to work off shift and overtime.

Injection Mold Maintenance (3rd Shift - 10:30pm - 7am)  
Seeking an individual with 2 or more years experience with injection mold machines, as well as knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic power sources.   Ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic prints is a must.   Candidate must have good mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of hand tools.   Robotic experience is recommended.   Will be responsible for assisting in tool changes, PM, troubleshooting, and general maintenance.   ** The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent.   All potential candidates need to have their own transportation and a valid driver’s license.   Candidates must be willing to work any shift.   Salary will be commensurate with knowledge and experience. Very competitive benefits package.

Injection Molding Tool Mold Setter (1st Shift)
The perfect candidate needs to have at least two or more years experience working on setting molds for presses ranging from 250 to 2200 ton.    Individuals interested should have good mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of hand tools.   Experience with hot runner systems is a plus.   **  All Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License and their own personal transportation.   High school diploma or equivalent required.  

Co-Extrusion / Crosshead Extrusion Operator   (1st & 2nd Shift)
Qualified candidates must have plastic extrusion experience.   All potential candidates must be willing to work overtime as needed, be safety orientated, and be able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.   Individuals interested should have good mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of hand tools.   This position requires regularly occasional heavy lifting.
